【摘要】 目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年9月-2010年9月间行CT检查并经手术证实的腰椎间盘突出症178例。结果:腰椎间盘突出症以L4-5和L5-S1为好发部位,其CT表现主要为向后方或侧方突入椎管内前缘的软组织影、硬膜囊受压。结论:CT对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the image performance of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: From September 2005 to September 2010,178 patients with lumbar disc herniation were admitted to our hospital.Computed tomography(CT) was performed and image performance was analyzed in all the patients.Results: In this group,L4～5 and L5～S1 were the common lesions of lumbar disc herniation.CT showed the soft shadow in the spinal canal and dural sac compression signs clearly.Conclusions: CT has a great diagnostic value for lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
