胸腺肥大及淋巴组织增生免疫组化在猝死中的研究进展

【摘要】 近年研究认为成人前胸腺可分泌胸腺素,而胸腺素能促使淋巴因子的分泌,参与体液免疫和防御系统功能,成人后胸腺功能衰竭、萎缩,而淋巴因子产生由淋巴细胞完成。胸腺、淋巴组织增生、肥大,表明机体体液内因子不足,可造成全身的免疫功能、防御功能、应激能力低下或不足。我们对猝死病人进行的尸体解剖和法医鉴定中,常常有一类死者(已排除了暴力性损伤因素)通过一般的病理学检查方法未发现足以致死的病因,而唯一明确的是胸腺和全身淋巴组织增生。随着免疫组化技术手段的应用,为我们从分子水平探讨胸腺肥大和淋巴组织增生的诊断标准和对猝死死因构成中的作用问题提供了关键技术。本文就免疫组化技术对胸腺肥大和全身淋巴组织增生的研究现状作一综述。

【Abstract】 In recent years,studies suggest that the adult thymus may secrete thymosin before,and thymosin can induce the secretion of lymphokines involved in humoral immune function and defense systems,adult thymus failure,atrophy,and lymphoid cytokine production by lymphocytes to complete.Thymus,lymphoid hyperplasia,hypertrophy,indicating that the lack of humoral factors within,causing the body’s immune function,defense,stress,poor or insufficient capacity.We are worried to death for autopsy and forensic identification of the deceased often has a kind of violent injury has been ruled out factors,and by the general method of pathological examination did not find sufficient cause of death,the only clear that the thymus and systemic lymphoid hyperplasia.With immunohistochemical application of technical means for us to explore the molecular thymus hypertrophy and hyperplasia of lymphoid tissue on diagnostic criteria and causes of death in sudden death provides the key role of technology.In this paper,Immunohistochemistry of thymus hypertrophy and hyperplasia of lymphoid tissues body status are reviewed.
