【摘要】 目的:比较双Endobutton钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法:21例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者,采用切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗15例,采用切开复位Endobut-ton系统内固定术治疗6例,所有病例均获随访,时间6~24个月,平均13个月。结果:按Karlsson分类标准行肩关节功能评定,锁骨钩钢板固定组:优7例,良6例,差2例;双Endobutton钢板固定组:优5例,良1例。结论:双Endobutton钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的效果好于锁骨钩钢板,具有对肩锁关节功能干扰较小,术后肩痛发生率低、内固定不必取出等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the result of treatment with double Endobutton plate and clavicular hook plate for TossyⅢ acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods:21 patients with acromioclavieular dislocation of Tossy typeⅢ were administrated with open reduction and internal fixationwith clavicular hook plate in 15 cases,and were administrated with open reduction and internal fixation with Endobutton system in 6 cases.All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months(13 months on average).Results: According to Karlsson’s criterion for the function of shoulder joint,there were 7 cases of excellent,6 of good,2 of poor in clavicular hook plate group and there were 5 cases of excellent,1 of good,in Endobutton system group.Conclusion:In the treatment of TossyⅢacromioclavicular dislocation,fixation of double Endobutton plate is better than hok plate fixation.Endobutton plate is featured with less pain followed operation and less interference with the joint function.Meanwhile,it’s good biocompatibility,does not need to be removed.更多还原
