蒙药玉簪花中山奈酚的HPLC含量测定与薄层色谱鉴别

【摘要】 目的:建立蒙药玉簪花中山奈酚的薄层色谱鉴别与含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别蒙药玉簪花中黄酮类成分山奈酚;采用HPLC法,ODS-C18分析柱(250?×4.6?,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(67∶33);流速1mL/min,检测波长360 nm。结果:薄层鉴别方法分离度良好;HPLC含量测定法中山奈酚的线性范围为0.37~2.2μg(r=1.0000);平均回收率为96.69%(RSD=1.34%,n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可以作为蒙药玉簪花中山奈酚的定性及定量方法。玉簪花中山萘酚的含量依产地、生长期、入药部位不同而不同。

【Abstract】 Objective:To set up identification and quantitative determination method of kaempferol from Flos Hosta plantaginea.Methods:Qualitative identify kaempferol from the Flos Hosta plantaginea using TLC;HPLC ana1ysis was carried out on a ODS-C18(250㎜×4.6㎜,5μm)column,methanol-0.4%H3PO4(67∶33) as mobile phase,flow rate was 1 mL/min,detection wavelength was 360 nm.Results:The TLC identification was highly specific.The linear range of kaempferol was 0.37~2.2μg(r=1.0000).The average recovery was 96.69(RSD=1.34%,n=6).Conclusion:The methods are simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of Flos Hosta plantaginea,respectively.The content of kaempferol in samples are different because of difference in source,harvest time,organ used as medicine.
