【摘要】 利用锡林郭勒盟气象资料和白灾调查资料,分析了冬季白灾成因、形成过程和分布规律。锡林郭勒盟冬季白灾由冬季降雪量决定,积雪深度和积雪日数是衡量灾情的主要指标;白灾的形成受降雪时间和冬季温度影响;中东部和南部地区发生频率较高,全盟性白灾的发生具有明显的周期性,2000年以来是锡林郭勒盟冬季白灾发生最少的时期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the meteorological data and heavy snow disaster in Xilin Gol League,the cause,forming process and distribution regularity of heavy snow disaster was analyzed.The heavy snow disaster was determined by snowfall in winter,the depth and days of snow were major index for judging the situation of disaster,the formation of heavy snow disaster was influenced by snowfall time and air temperature in winter,the frequency of heavy snow disaster was higher in middle eastern and southern,the occurrence of heavy snow disaster in whole league had obvious periodicity,the heavy snow disaster was least since 2000 years in Xilin Gol League.更多还原
