甲拌磷对斑马鱼胚胎的毒性研究

【摘要】采用0(对照),10,20,40,80,160mg/L的甲拌磷给受精后4h的斑马鱼胚胎进行染毒,观察斑马鱼胚胎发育全过程,并在96h摄像,结果表明:斑马鱼卵在24h,48h的半致死浓度分别为25.63mg/L,14.96mg/L.染毒斑马鱼胚胎发育过程中出现尾部弯曲、心律消失、发育停止等特点.更多还原

【Abstract】 The zebrafish embryo was infected by Phorate of 0(Control)、10、20、40、80、160mg/L after 4 hpf,observing zebrafish embryonic development process,and take photograph after 96h.The result showed that embryo of Zebrafish LC50 are 25.63 mg/L and 14.96 mg/L at 24h and 48h,embryonic development of the infected zebra embryo was found in the tail became to curve,rhythm of the heartbeat vanished, arrest of development etc.更多还原
