齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病关系的调查

【摘要】 目的:探讨齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病的关系,为有效治疗口腔疾病提供依据.方法:消毒棉签涂取受检者口腔病变处,生理盐水涂片后铁苏木素染色进行显微镜检查.结果:牙周炎与冠周炎、龈缘炎之间的感染率差异无显著性(P>0.05);牙周炎与龋齿、口腔溃疡、牙髓炎、对照组之间的感染率差异有显著性(P<0.01);齿龈内阿米巴滋养体吞噬白细胞的平均数,牙周炎为4.2,龋齿为1.3,口腔溃疡为0.7,对照组为0.3牙周炎是龋齿的3.23倍(P<0.01),口腔溃疡的6.00倍(P<0.01),对照组的14倍(P<0.01);龋齿是口腔溃疡的1.86倍(P>0.05),对照组的4.33倍(P<0.01).结论:齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病有关.齿龈内阿米巴吞噬大量白细胞,降低了口腔免疫力,有利于致病菌的生长繁殖,促进炎症的发生.

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between Entamoeba gingivalis infection and oral diseases,and to provide a basis for effective treatment of oral disease.Methods:Using sterile cotton swab to swab the oral lesion of patients,smeard it with physiological saline,the smear was stained with hematoxylin iron and was observed under microscopy.Results:There were no significant differences among the infection rate of paradentitis,pericoronitis and marginal gingivitis(P>0.05),but there were significant differences among the infection rate of paradentitis,dental caries,canker sore,pulpitis and control group respectively(P<0.01).Average number of leukocyte which capturing amoeba trophozoite were:paradentitis 4.2,dental caries 1.3,canker sore 0.7,control group 0.3.The averages number of periodontitis was 3.23, 6.00,14 times higher than that of dental caries(P<0.01),oral ulcer(P<0.01),control group(P<0.01) correspondingly;the average number of dental caries was 1.86,4.33 times higher than that of oral ulcer (P>0.05),control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is positive relationship between oral diseases and Entamoeba gingivalis infection in human gingival.
