【摘要】 目的:比较采集时间不同的照山白中有效成分槲皮素的含量,制定最好的采集时间.方法:采用HPLC法,Centur SILC18-EPS色谱柱(200×4.6 mm,5μm)流动相为甲醇—0.2%磷酸(40:60,)检测波长为360nm.测定不同采集时间10批照山白中槲皮素的含量.结果:槲皮素的平均回收率99.94%;RSD为2.14%;10批样品中槲皮素的含量最高的是9月份采集药材.结论:照山白中槲皮素的含量随着采集时间不同而变化.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the best acquisition time through comparing the content of effective component of quercetin in manchurian rhododendron leaf at different acquisition time.Methods:The HPLC separation was performed on Centur SILC18-EPS column(200mm×4.6mm,5μm,) the mobile phase was methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid(40:60),the detection wavelength was 360nm.The content of quercetin in 10 batches of manchurian rhododendron leaf which be harvested at different time were determinated.Results:The average recovery of quercetin was 99.94%,RSD was 2.14%,The highest content of quercetin in 10 batches of samples was acquisition in September.Conclusion:The content of quercetin in manchurian rhododendron leaf is changed with the acquisition time.更多还原
