外置式DBS的体外控制电路

【摘要】 针对外置式DBS体内脉冲发生电路的需要,设计了一种体外控制电路.该电路由控制模块和驱动模块组成.控制模块产生一定频率及脉宽的刺激信号,驱动模块将这一刺激信号进行功率放大并有效驱动经皮变压器的初级线圈.本文所设计的体外控制电路实现输出幅值、频率、脉宽可调,尤其是刺激脉冲极性可控.通过对所设计的体外控制电路的变压器负载实验,可以实现高频载波信号的传输.在两线圈间距为5 mm时输出幅值为8 V,效率为8%,间距为15 mm时的输出幅值为3 V,效率为0.5%.实验结果表明,所设计的体外控制电路满足外置式DBS体内脉冲电路的需求.

【Abstract】 Based on the need of in vivo pulse generating circuit of external deep brain stimulation(DBS),an in vitro control circuit was designed.The circuit was composed of a control module and a driving module.The control module was responsible for generating stimulus signals with a certain frequency and pulse width,and the driving circuit amplified the stimulus signal and effectively drove the transmitting coil of the transcutaneous transformer.The proposed in vitro control circuit has achieved adjustablility of amplitude,frequency,and pulse width of the output signal,especially polarity controllability of the stimulus pulse.By load experiment of transformer,the proposed in vitro control circuit has the ability to transfer high-frequency carrier signals,with the efficiency of 8% when the output amplitude is 8 V and the distance between the coils is 5 mm and the efficiency of 0.5% when the output amplitude is 3 V and the distance between the coils is 15 mm.Therefore,the in vitro control circuit meets the demand of in vivo pulse generating circuit of external DBS.
