【摘要】 单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌(单增李氏杆菌)是人类一种重要的食源性致病菌。本文从内蒙古某单位送检的羊肉中分离到了一株单增李氏杆菌,并对该菌进行了系统鉴定。首先采用单增李氏杆菌的传统检验方法对该菌进行鉴定,结果发现该菌的菌落形态、菌型特征、生化特征均与单增李氏杆菌相符;再经VITEK全自动细菌鉴定仪、API Listeria试剂条等快速检测方法对该菌进行确定,最后判定该菌为单增李氏杆菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Listeria monocytogenes is one of the most importent food-derived pathogens for human.A strain of Listeria monocytogenes was isolated and identified from mutton samples sent to check in Inner Mongolia.Firstly the srain was identified by classical inspection metheds including colonial morphology,strain character and biochemical examination.Secondly the strain was checked by using rapid determination methods,such as VITEK automatic microorganism analyzer and API Listeria rapid test strip.According to all the results,the isolated strain was identified as Listeria monocytogenes.更多还原
