黄顶菊叶中类黄酮对白菜种子萌发的影响

【摘要】 为了研究外来植物黄顶菊的化感作用,利用乙醇回流法萃取了黄顶菊叶片中的类黄酮,将得到的类黄酮按照0.5%、1%、2%和3%的浓度配成溶液,对白菜种子进行萌发实验并测定了一些生理指标。结果表明随类黄酮浓度的增加,白菜种子萌发率、发芽指数、下胚轴长、苗高、叶绿素a、总叶绿素以及保护酶活性显著降低,根长及活力指数为先升高后下降,POD活性和丙二醛的含量明显增加。该研究结果表明,黄顶菊叶中存在的类黄酮物质可能是抑制植物生长的重要化感物质之一。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the allelopathic effects of flavonoids in Flaveria bidentis leaves,alcohol reflux method was used to extract flavonoids.Extracted flavonoids were used to make to 0.5,1,2 and 3% solutiones and they then were used for seed germination test of Brassica pekinensis.The results showed that the germination rate,germination index,hypocotyls length,seedling height and protective enzymes activity were significantly reduced,root length and vigor index were firstly increased and then decreased when flavonoids of F.bidentis leaf were applied;The chlorophyll contents in B.pekinensis seedlings were significantly decreased as the conctent of the flavonoids became higher;POD activity and the content of MDA in the seedlings were significantly increased.The results suggested that the flavonoids of F.bi dentis might be the allelopathy that inhibit plant growth.
