CeSAPO-5分子筛催化合成乙酸正丁酯
CATALYTIC SYNTHESIS OF BUTYL ACETATE BY USE OF CeSAPO-5 ZEOLITE
【摘要】 用CeSAPO-5分子筛催化乙酸和正丁醇合成乙酸正丁酯,得出适宜的酯化条件:酸醇比1:1,催化剂用量0.2g,带水剂用量5mL,反应时间7h,反应温度95℃,乙酸的转化率可达57.01%。
【Abstract】 CeSAPO-5 molecular sieve is used to catalyze acetic acid and.n-butmaol,and nbutyl acetate is synthesized.The appropriate esterification conditions are drawn.They are:the ratio of acid to alcohol-1:1,the amount ofcmalyst-0.2g,the amount ofwater-5mL,reaction time-7h,reaction temperature-95℃.The conversion rate ofacetic acid turns out to be 57.01%.
