【摘要】 基于风险管理课程的特点,本文提出在教学中适合借鉴"启发、互动"教学模式,即将理论讲授与启发式的案例教学相结合、通过案例讨论互动启发学生进行创造性思维。该模式的优势在于它有利于学生终身学习能力的培养、改变了教师和学生的角色、使知识传达方式由单向式转变为双向式及多向式、学生知识的形成由演绎式转变为归纳演绎式,有利于学生积极性、独立性和创造性的发挥。可以将这一教学模式推广到管理类课程的教学中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of the course ’Risk Management’,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of inspiring and interactive.That is to combine theory teaching with inspiring case teaching,through case discussion and interaction to inspire students to think creatively.The advantages of this mode are as follows:it is helpful to cultivate students’ lifelong learning ability;it changes the role of teacher and student;it changes knowledge communication way from one way teaching to two way teaching and multi-way;the formation of student’s knowledge changes from deduction to induce deduction type which is helpful to develop students’ initiative,independence and creativity.Therefore,it is necessary to promote this teaching mode in the teaching of management course.更多还原
