【摘要】 目的:检测新疆地区非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中HHV-8的感染情况,并探讨HHV-8感染与NHL形成之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测135例已经确诊的NHL中HHV-8感染状况。结果:135例NHL中有1例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中HHV-8感染为阳性,阳性率为0.74%,其它亚型,包括滤泡性淋巴瘤、粘膜相关性淋巴瘤、套细胞淋巴瘤等均为阴性。结论:新疆地区NHL中存在HHV-8感染,HHV-8感染与NHL发生发展之间的关系还有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the infection of the HHV-8 in the Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,and discuss the relationship between the infection of HHV-8 and the formation of NHL in Xinjiang. Methods:The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the infection status of HHV-8 in 135 NHL cases. Results:Only one Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was positive in 135 NHL cases and the positive rate is 0.74%,the others including Follicular lymphoma,Extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucasa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and Mantle cell lymphoma are negative. Conclusion:The infection of the HHV-8 exists in NHL of Xinjiang region.更多还原
