【摘要】 目的评价QuikRead101仪器及配套尿微量白蛋白试剂盒的主要分析性能。方法对QuikRead即时检测(POCT)尿微量白蛋白检测系统进行性能评价,内容包括批内重复性、线性、准确度。结果重复测定高、低值样本,变异系数(CV)<10%;线性回归方程Y=1.0287X-1.6592,相关系数(r)为0.998;与德灵BN ProSpec全自动特定蛋白分析仪的免疫速率散射法相比较,Y=0.9432X+0.7452,r为0.986,相对偏差<10%。结论QuikRead POCT尿微量白蛋白检测系统具有良好的重复性、线性和方法学的相关性,符合实验设计要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the performance of QuikRead 101 and the mating kits of urine trace quantities albumen(UALB) detection system.Methods The performances of QuikRead POCT were evaluated,details including intra-repeatability,linearity and accuracy.Results Repeated determination of high,low-value samples,CV<10%;the linear regression equation Y=1.0287X-1.6592,related coefficient(r)=0.998;Comparison with immunization rate nephelometry method of correlation BN ProSpec analysis,Y=0.9432X+0.7452,r=0.998,relative deviation<10%.Conclusions QuikRead POCT UALB detection system has good repeatability,linearity and methodological relevance,in line with the requirements of experimental design.更多还原
