【摘要】 随着高校科研工作的不断发展,科研材料呈几何级数递增,但目前高校普遍存在着科研档案管理与科研工作发展不同步的问题,严重影响了档案体系的完整性与准确性。文章分析了高校科研档案管理面临的挑战和存在的问题,指出了高校科研档案归档范围的主要内容,开展了加强高校科研档案归档导向性思考,提出了推进高校科研档案归档规范管理的措施,如提高科研档案的管理意识、抓好科研档案的前端控制等,以实现科研档案的系统化、规模化、科学化管理,使科研档案管理与科研工作同步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of research work in universities,scientific research files increased dramatically.But management of scientific research files was not developed synchronously with researches in universities.This made the archive system inaccurate and lack of integration.Challenges and problems in management of scientific research files in universities were analyzed in the paper.Main contents of scientific research files in universities were defined and how to strengthen the orientation of scientific research files in universities was considered.Measures to promote standardization of management of scientific research files in universities were put forward,i.e.,boosting concept of management of scientific research files,controlling the first steps.This will make management of scientific research archives more systematic,large scale and scientific and make management of scientific research files developed synchronously with researches.更多还原
