【摘要】 文章将农业科技成果转化分为单向服务型和双向互动型两种模式,提出双向互动型是农业科技成果转化的长效机制,并对农业科技成果转化长效机制的"组织、技术、政策、资金和项目"五大构成要素和"双赢、一体化、科技引领"三大特点进行了详细论述,最后以河北省农林科学院和迁安市人民政府的"市院合作"成果转化模式为例,对农业科技成果转化的长效机制进行了实例分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transformation for agricultural science and technology achievements model was divided into "one-way service" and "two-way interaction" in the paper.It was suggested that "two-way interaction" is the long-term mechanism of transformation for agricultural science and technology achievements.And the five elements(organization,technology,policy,fund and project) and the three characteristics(win-win situation,integration and sci-tech leading) were discussed in detail.Finally,taking "city-academy cooperation" model for achievements transformation between Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences and the People’s Government of Qian′an City as a case,the long-term mechanism of transformation for agricultural science and technology achievements was empirically analyzed.更多还原
