NaAlH4与TiB2对Mg(AlH42放氢温度的影响

【摘要】 采用机械球磨法制备了Mg(AlH42,分别考察了单一TiB2催化、NaAlH4催化以及NaAlH4与TiB2协同催化对Mg(AlH42放氢温度的影响.TPD测试表明,单一TiB2催化、NaAlH4催化均能使Mg(AlH42的放氢温度降低10℃左右;而当20%的NaAlH4与5%的TiB2(摩尔百分比)协同催化时,Mg(AlH42的放氢温度由146C降低至94℃,降幅达到52℃.

【Abstract】 Mg(AlH42 was prepared by ball milling.The effect of TiB2 and NaAlH4 on the dehydriding temperature of Mg(AlH42 was studied.When the catalyst was only 20%(mol) NaAlH4 or 5%(mol) TiB2,the dehydriding temperature of Mg(AlH42 were reduced about 10℃.While with the existence of 20%(mol) NaAlH4 and 5%(mol) TiB2,the dehydriding temperature of Mg(AlH42 decreased from 146℃to 94℃.There is a synergistic function between NaAlH4 and TiB2 for the catalysis of the dehydrogenation reaction of Mg(AlH42.
