葡萄籽预处理方式对葡萄籽油SCF-CO2萃取率的影响

【摘要】 利用SCF-CO2萃取技术萃取葡萄籽油,主要研究了葡萄籽预处理方式对葡萄籽油萃取率的影响。试验结果表明,在本实验条件下最佳预处理条件为葡萄籽粒度40目,水分含量4.5%左右,而且湿蒸处理可以显著提高萃取率和油脂品质。

【Abstract】 The effects of grape seed pretreatment methods on the SCF-CO2 extraction rate of grape seed oil were mainly studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction rate would be achieved with screen for material particles of 40 meshes and the water content of 4.5%.In addition,steaming pretreatment can increase the extraction rate and improve the oil quality significantly.
