【摘要】 目的观察加减沙参麦冬汤联合紫杉醇+顺铂(TP)方案对肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法 45例肺癌患者按入院序号随机分为化疗组和中药加化疗组,化疗组患者用TP方案化疗,中药加化疗组在该方案化疗的基础上口服加减沙参麦冬汤治疗。在化疗前以及2周期化疗后检测外周血T淋巴细胞以及NK细胞免疫功能,并进行肿瘤患者体力状况(KPS)评分和体质量测量。结果Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的晚期肺癌患者免疫功能低于分期早、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。在单纯化疗组中,2个周期化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平明显下降,而中药加化疗组,2周期化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较化疗前有所增加,2组比较,P<0.05。中药加化疗组能抑制白细胞减少,减轻恶心、呕吐等化疗副反应,稳定KPS评分和体质量,提高生活质量(P<0.05)。结论加减沙参麦冬汤联合化疗能改善化疗患者免疫功能,提高生存质量,减少恶心、呕吐等化疗副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the immunity of lung cancer patient treated by Modified Shashen Maidong Decoction accompanied with Paclitaxel and Cisplatin.METHODS 45 cases were randomly divided into chemotherapy group and chemotherapy plus TCM group.The former were treated with Paclitaxel and Cisplatin,and the latter were given Paclitaxel and Cisplatin and Modified Shashen Maidong Decoction.Immunologic indexes,physical strength,body weight before and after treatment were investigated in both groups.RESULTS Immunologic function of the patients at Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage and lymph node metastases was lower than the patients at early stage and non-lymph node metastases.In chemotherapy group,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ level decreased after 2 cycles chemotherapy;while increased in chemotherapy plus TCM group.Improvement of KPS,leukocyte and quality of life,reducing nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy plus TCM group after treatment was significantly superior to that in chemotherapy group.CONCLUSION Modified Shashen Maidong Decoction can increase immunity and quality of life,and reduce side effects of chemotherapy.更多还原
