【摘要】 目的:探讨局部应用超声经皮促渗技术联合复方骨肽局部对于骨折愈合的影响。方法:制备40只成年健康新西兰兔双侧桡骨骨折模型,分为超声电导局部给药组及对照组(不给药组)两组,右侧肢体为局部给药实验组,左侧为对照组。术后在4个时间组(按第2、4、6、8周,每组为10只)通过X线片,光镜下观察及骨组织形态计量学分析评价骨折愈合情况。结果:X线片半定量,光镜下组织学观察以及骨组织形态计量学分析表明通过超声电导药物局部透入后,实验组骨折愈合较对照组明显提前,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声经皮促渗技术联合复方骨肽对于骨折愈合全过程有肯定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of ultrasound-mediated transdermal drug delivery combined with compound ossotide on treatment of fracture.Methods:Forty mature New Zealand rabbits were prepared and the 3mm-long bone defects were made in both radii of each rabbit as fracture model.Right limbs belong to experimental groups(therapy groups) and left limbs belong to control groups.X-ray imaging,observation of light microscope and morphometry of osseous tissue were performed to assess the degree of fracture healing in both groups at the end of 2 th,4 th,6 th and 8 th week postoperatively.Results:All results showed that callus formation and bone linking in experimental gruops were much earlier than that in control groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasound-mediated transdermal drug delivery combined with compound ossotide has a positive effect on the whole process of fracture healing.更多还原
