基于MCGS的蚕种催青环境远程控制系统设计
Design of Remote Monitoring System of Silkworm-egg Incubation Environment Based on MCGS
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于MCGS(网络版)的蚕种催青环境远程控制系统,描述了该系统的总体结构、硬件组成和软件设计。系统采用采集控制器采集现场温度、湿度、光照、气流等数据,通过对组态软件进行二次开发,实现PC机与采集控制器进行通讯,可以现场和远程监控催青室的温度、湿度、光照和气流等环境参数。实际运行表明,该系统具有性能稳定可靠、运行成本低、监测精度高等特点,并具有实时动画显示、报警功能显示、数据库查询和报表输出打印等功能。
【Abstract】 Describes a remote monitoring management system of silkworm-egg in incubation environment based on MCGS.Descripts the overall structur of the principle,the hardware circuit and software design in detail.This system used the data acquisition controller to collect the temperature,humidity,illumination and so on;and realized the communication between PC and the DAQ by the secondary development of the configuration software.Actual operation shows that this system has the advantages such as better in performance and more reliable in quality,low cost and accurate measurement;with the function of animation display,alarm output,database queries,and repot outputs and printing.
