【摘要】 针对葡萄覆土机研发过程中存在的问题,在对葡萄覆土机的基本结构和工作原理进行了深入分析的基础上,对系统的关键部件做了详细设计,完成了整机建模和样机制作。为了验证设计的合理性和实用性,对其进行了性能试验研究。结果表明,样机各项性能指标均能达到设计要求,具有动力匹配合理和生产效率高等特点,为葡萄覆土机的进一步研制及优化设计提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,on the base of the further study and understanding of covering-soil Machine’s basic structure and working principle,a future design and calculation for the machine’s main components was implemented.In order to test the rationality and practicability of the design,the machine prototype production and the experimental research were finished.Test result were shown as,Various performance indexes can be achieved design requirements,With dynamic reasonable matching and higher production efficiency characteristic.The results can be provided theoretical basis for further development and optimization design of the machine.更多还原
