自动配料远程监控系统设计
Design of Remote Monitoring System of Automatic Batching
【摘要】 为将各种原料准确快速地混合成各类配合饲料,设计了一种基于S7-200 PLC的自动配料远程监控系统。采用S7-200 CPU226实现现场设备的控制,通过自由口协议实现与现场监控计算机的通信。使用VC++.NET开发的客户端和服务器监控程序实现了配方的远程及时调整与实时监控。同时,采用屏幕分格方法以及霍夫曼压缩算法,实现了现场监控图像的无损压缩及实时传输,为生产过程的远程监管及生产现场的无人值守提供技术保证。
【Abstract】 To mixture the raw materials into the various types of formula feed quickly and accurately,a remote monitoring system of automatic batching based on S7-200 PLC is designed.The control of the local devices is achieved by S7-200 CPU226,and the communication between the local devices and the supervisory computer is implemented by the free port protocol.remotely on-time adjusting and real-time supervising of the formula are realized by using client and server programs of VC + +.NET.The lossless compression and real-time image transmission are implemented through employing the screen grid-division method and the Huffman compression algorithm.All of these provide a technical assurance to the remote supervising of the production process and unmanned field.
