水稻水直播机械化高产栽培关键技术研究

【摘要】 基于我国长江中下游地区水稻直播生产发展的良好态势,根据笔者近些年的研究与实践,遵循农机与农艺密切结合的原则,重点阐述了直播稻生产过程中的适度耕整、适时匀播、合理促控和综合防治4大关键技术。围绕关键技术的实施,介绍了笔者最新研制的船式旋耕埋草机和水稻播种施肥机。前者能实现水田适度耕整、秸秆埋覆还田;后者能实现地表平整、开沟作畦、底肥深施、均匀条播。两种机械技术与栽培技术有机结合,为当前水稻水直播生产提供了先进适用的装备。

【Abstract】 Based on the good posture of the product development for the rice direct seeding in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,this article elaborates the crucial cultivated technique of the rice direct seeding which are moderate tillage,timely and uniform seeding,reasonable control and integrated control,according to the principle of the combination of the farming machinery and cultivable techniques and experiment and research on the rice direct seeding mechanization.Meanwhile,it introduces our newly designed stubble-mulch rotocultivator for boat tractor and sowing and fertilizer applicator. The two mechanical technology organically combined with cultivation techniques,and they can provide advanced and applicable equipments to the product development for the rice direct seeding.
