【摘要】 近年来,陕西省秸秆资源利用带动了秸秆收储体系的快速发展,形成了以自收自用和分散收储模式为主,以集约化收储模式为发展方向,多种形式并存和互补的收储体系。但由于我国整个秸秆利用产业发展中普遍存在多种问题,陕西省秸秆收储体系规模较小,水平很低,集约化收储量不到1 0%。从陕西省看全国,主要原因是秸秆利用产业中各利益主体间没有形成良性的利益生态链,根本原因是国家的扶持力度不够和政府的规划不够合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the utilizations of crop straw resources drive the rapid development of straw collection-supply systems in Shaanxi Province.The co-exist system of crop straw collection-supply,in which self-collection-self-use mode and scattered collection-supply mode are the most,and intensive collection-supply mode is its direction,has been established.However,because of the various widespread problems all over the industry of straw utilizations in China,the straw collection-supply level in Shaanxi is low and the proportion of intensive collection-supply is less than 10%.Enlightenment from the National,in my opinion,the main reason is a positive benefit ecological chain among all the parties in the industry has not been established,and the fundamental reason is that the country’s supports are not enough,and the government’s plans are not reasonable.更多还原
