3DDF-8型棉花打顶机机架的有限元强度分析
FEM Strengh Analysis of the 3DDF-8 Cotton Top-cutting Machine Frame of Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 首先介绍了3DDF-8型棉花打顶机机架的有限元强度分析的必要性,依次论述了机架有限元三维模型的建立以及网格划分、边界条件的设定、整机及工作部件轮叉等的受力分析及求解。同时,应用ANSYS Work-bench对机架进行了有限元计算并进行了实地动应力测试,为机组的设计提供必要的理论依据。
【Abstract】 In the beganning,this paper introduces the needs of FEM strength analysis of the 3DDF-8 cotton top-cutting machine frame.And then in turn introduce the form of machine frame FEM 3D modeling and meshes divide,the design of limit condition,whole machine and work park divide rod of wheel of the calculating of the force condition.Apply the ANSYS workbench FEM calculate and dynamic stress test to machine frame this provides a reliable basis for the coming further study.
