微波消解等离子发射光谱法同时测定白酒中的元素
Determination of Elements in Liquor by Microwave-assisted Digestion Coupled with ICP-ES
【摘要】 等离子发射光谱仪在使用前要进行调试,包括仪器各工作参数的优化,分析谱线的选择,准确度、精密度和加标回收率试验,以及样品处理、微波消解程序的试验确定等,最终确定分析参数和分析方法。该方法的优点是分析速度快、重复性好、线性范围宽和可同时分析多个元素。利用等离子发射光谱仪和建立的方法,开展了样品酒中元素的分析检测,结果表明,该方法满足成品酒中铅、锰含量的检测,对白酒中多元素的检测也有明显的效果。
【Abstract】 The adjustment of ICP-ES before its use mainly include the optimization of each working parameters,the selection of analytic spectrum line,the experiments of accuracy and precision and recovery,samples treatment,and the determination of microwave-assisted digestion programs etc.After the adjustment,the analytic parameters and analytic methods are finally determined.The advantages of ICP-ES are its rapid analysis,good repeatability,wide linear range,and simultaneous analysis of multiple elements.In this study,ICP-ES had been used in the determination of elements in liquor samples and the experimental results proved that it could successfully determine plumbum content and Mn content in liquor.
