基于灰色PID的酿酒发酵过程温度控制研究
Research on Grey PID-based Temperature Control in Liquor Fermentation Process
【摘要】 提出了一种基于灰色PID算法的温度控制方法。在酿酒发酵过程中,以灰色系统理论为基础,对系统不确定部分建立灰色模型,进行灰色预估补偿,使控制系统的灰量得到一定程度的白化。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效提高系统响应速度及控制精度。
【Abstract】 A new temperature control method based on grey PID algorithm was put forward.In liquor fermentation process,gray model has been established based on gray system theory which could estimate and compensate the uncertain part of the system.The experimental results showed that such method could effectively improve system response speed and system control accuracy.
