在线电压静态稳定综合预警及预防控制决策

【摘要】 基于现代电网电压稳定性机理及工程实用化要求,设计一个在线电压静态稳定综合预警及预防控制决策(VSAC系统,由基态电压稳定分析(BVSA)、事故态电压稳定分析(CVSA)及电压稳定预防控制(VSC)三大主要功能模块组成.根据在线应用的有效性与快速性需求,分析连续潮流、灵敏度分析、奇异值分析及模态分析等关键技术的特点,并提出相应的实现方法.采用SOA面向服务架构的设计理念,将VSAC作为一个应用无缝嵌入EMS平台系统,满足了新一代调度自动化系统的新要求.该VSAC系统的投运,既可以有效地帮助运行人员实时评估和监视电网的电压状况,并提供有效的控制决策措施来提高电压静态稳定性,又可以为EMS的其它应用提供技术支持.

【Abstract】 Based on mechanism of voltage stability and requirement of engineering application,a system of comprehensive early warning mechanism and prevention and control strategy of online voltage static stability is designed.The system is composed of voltage stability analysis in basic state(BVSA),voltage stability analysis in contingency state(CVSA),and voltage stability preventive control(VSC).According to the online requirement of efficiency and promptness,this paper studies the properties of some key technologies,such as continuation power flow,sensitivity analysis,singular value analysis and modal analysis.An approach to this implementation is then proposed.By adopting service-oriented architecture method,voltage stability analysis and control system is integrated into EMS as an application model,fulfilling the requirements of new dispatching automation system.The application of voltage stability analysis and control system shows that this mechanism not only helps dispatchers evaluate and monitor the real-time voltage stability which provides effective control strategies to enhance voltage static stability,but also provides technical support for the applications of EMS.
