【摘要】 八角是我国的特产和重要的出口天然香料,其干果是传统的辛香料,并兼具药用功能,在肉类加工和配制香调料中有广泛应用,尤其是从果实和叶中提取的八角油(茴香油),除用于调味外,也是日化工业、制药工业中的重要原料和矫味剂。八角油的产量每年约800t,而国际市场上的需求量则达2500t,市场缺口较大,前景较好。根据八角的生物学特性,利用贵州南亚热区的自然气候资源,兼顾生态和经济效益,发展八角生产,建设优势经济林,为加工企业提供原料,有利于贵州热区经济的综合发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Star anise is an important export natural spices in China.The dried fruit of star anise is a traditional spice with some medicinal functions,so it was widely used in meat processing and preparation of flavouring substance.Especially the fennel oil which extracted from star anise’s fruit and leaves,not only using in cooking,but also using in chemical and pharmaceutical industry.The production of anise oil was 800 t per year,but the international market demands more than 2 500 t per year,such a great demands of international markets take a big benefit for the development prospect of star anise.According to the biological characteristics of star anise,using the wonderful climate resource of south subtropical district of Guizhou,strongly developing star anise,planting dominance economic forest,affording raw material for industries.
