复合纳米TiO2薄膜银钛协同抗菌与净化研究

【摘要】 通过水热法制备了Mo、N共掺杂的TiO2纳米管,再将其分散制备成溶胶,用电泳沉积在氧化铝基材上成膜,再将薄膜经AgCl溶胶浸泡后紫外光照制备Ag/AgCl/TiO2薄膜。考查在银钛协同效应下复合材料的光催化活性与抗菌性能。结果表明,复合后的Ag/AgCl/TiO2薄膜通过银钛协同作用极大地提高了其抗菌和净化性能。

【Abstract】 The Mo and N-doped TiO2 nanotube was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method and then dispersed to get the sol. TiO2 film was synthesized by electrophoretic deposition method and then the film was soaked in AgCl sol irradiated by ultraviolet light to obtain the Ag/AgCl/TiO2 thin film. Methyl orange was selected to simulate the organic dye wastewater which was treated by photocatalytic oxidation using the film as photocatalyst. The antibacterial properties of the film were tested by its effect to E. coli. The results showed that the Ag/AgCl/TiO2 nanotube array thin film is superior to 2TiO nanotube or AgCl sol for antibacterial or purification.
