【摘要】 目的探讨传染病医院护士主观幸福感现状及影响因素,为制定传染病院护士的健康心理指导提供参考。方法采用Campbell幸福感量表和一般情况问卷,对某传染病院151名护士进行调查。结果传染病院护士的主观幸福感总分(9.13±2.01)分,明显低于常模(P<0.01)。经回归分析,影响因素有家属支持、收入状况、婚姻状况、对医院支持系统的满意度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论传染病院护士主观幸福感整体偏低,管理者需引起重视,争取家属对护理工作的支持、增加护士收入、美满的婚姻和加强对医院支持系统建设可提高传染病院护士的主观幸福感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status of subjective well-being of nurses in infectious hospital and its influencing factors and to provide reference for guide of mental health of nurses.Methods 151 nurses in infectious hospital were surveyed with Index of Well-being by Campbell and a general questionnaire.Results The score of subjective well-being of nurses in infectious hospital was 9.13±2.01,significantly lower than that in the norm(P<0.01).The regression analysis indicated that family support,income,marital status and satisfaction of hospital support system were influencing factors of nurses’ subjective well-being(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Subjective well-being of nurses in infectious hospital is in general in a low level.Support from family members,income increasing,perfect marriage and hospital’s support system are essential to nurses’ subjective well-being.更多还原
