食管癌术后患者不同时间开始早期肠内营养的临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察食管癌术后不同时间开始早期肠内营养的临床疗效。方法将90例食管癌根治术后的患者分为术后12 h组、术后24 h组、术后48 h组,每组30例,分别于术后12 h、24 h、48 h开始早期肠内营养,观察患者术后的胃肠道不良反应,监测并比较术后第7天患者的营养指标。结果术后24 h组和术后48 h组胃肠道不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与术后12 h组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第7天时3组患者各营养指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管癌患者术后24~48 h从低浓度、慢速度开始早期肠内营养支持是安全、有效的,可减少患者术后胃肠道不良发应发生率并改善营养状况,促进患者早日康复。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of early enteral nutrition in different time after esophageal carcinoma surgery.Methods Ninety patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into A,B and C group equally after radical operation.Patients in group A,B and C were given early enteral nutrition at 12,24,48 h after operation respectively and adverse effects of gastrointestinal tract were observed.The indexes of nutrition were monitored and compared at the seventh day after operation.Results There was no statistic difference of the comparison of adverse effects of gastrointestinal tract between group B and C(P>0.05),but there were statistic differences between group A and B,and group A and C(P<0.05).There wasn’t statistic difference of the comparison of nutrition indexes among group A,B and C(P>0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition given at 24 hour after operation or later could lower the incidence of gastrointestinal complication,which benefits patient’s recovery.
