【摘要】 目的探讨激光照射足三里对行肠内营养的危重患者腹泻发生情况的影响。方法将90例呼吸衰竭行肠内营养的患者随机分为观察组与对照组各45例,两组肠内营养方案及综合治疗原则相同,观察组在开始行肠内营养的同时,采用激光照射足三里穴位。结果观察组腹泻发生率少于对照组,腹泻发生时间迟于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组腹泻患者评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激光照射足三里可降低危重患者行肠内营养腹泻发生率,延迟腹泻发生时间,对腹泻的严重程度无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of laser radiation at Zusanli on the occurrence of diarrhea in critical patients undergoing enteral nutrition.Methods A total of 90 patients with respiratory failure undergoing enteral nutrition were divided into control group and experiment group.The nutrition plan and treatment kept the same in two groups while patients in experiment group were received laser radiation at Zusanli in addition.Results The incidence of diarrhea of experiment group was lower than that of control group and diarrhea occurred later in experiment group as well.Conclusion Laser radiation at Zusanli could reduce the incidence of diarrhea and prolong the period without diarrhea among critical patients,but it has no effect on the severity of diarrhea.更多还原
