【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者脐动脉S/D值与血清一氧化氮(NO)的相关性及临床价值。方法采用Greiss法测定43例妊娠高血压疾病患者(妊娠期高血压组)分娩前外周血血清NO的含量,选择同期入院45例正常孕妇(正常妊娠组)作对照,同时应用彩色多普勒超声检测两组子宫动脉和脐动脉血流阻力指标S/D值。结果妊娠期高血压孕妇的血清NO含量低于正常妊娠孕妇,妊娠期高血压组脐动脉S/D值高于正常妊娠组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);正常妊娠组孕妇血清NO含量与脐动脉S/D值呈负相关(r=-0.50,P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压组孕妇血清NO含量与脐动脉S/D值呈负相关(r=-0.52,P<0.05)。脐动脉S/D值异常率妊娠期高血压组明显高于正常妊娠组(χ2=4.377,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论妊娠高血压患者NO合成减少与脐动脉血流阻力S/D值呈负相关,临床可依据脐动脉S/D值及时提供有效护理对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between systolic/diastolic(S/D) value of umbilical blood and serum nitric oxide(NO) as well as its clinical value in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods Serum levels of NO were measured in 43 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy involved in observation group and 45 women during late pregnancy taken as control group with Greiss method.Uterine and umbilical artery flow S/D value measurements were performed with Color Doppler.Results Serum NO concentration in observation group was lower and umbilical artery flow S/D value was higher than those of control group at the late period of pregnancy(P<0.01).There were both negative relationships between serum NO and umbilical artery flow S/D value in observation group and control group(r=-0.52,r=-0.50,P<0.05).Abnormal rate of SD value in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(?字2=4.377,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,there is a negative association between serum NO and umbilical artery flow S/D value.However,S/D value,not NO concentration,will be more helpful for the strategic decisions of clinical nursing.更多还原
