【摘要】 目的探讨髋部骨折患者利用力的顺应性对其进行翻身指导,对减轻患者疼痛程度和压疮发生率的影响。方法将62例髋部骨折患者随机分为观察组30例、对照组32例,观察组利用人体力学原理,指导患者利用力的顺应性,借助护理人员给予的支持力,顺应力的方向配合护理人员进行翻身;对照组采取传统的协助翻身方式,不进行翻身顺应性指导。比较两组患者翻身时疼痛程度和住院期间压疮发生情况。结果两组患者入院后第1、第3天及术后第1、第3天翻身时疼痛程度经比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组不同时间的疼痛程度均低于对照组;住院期间观察组只发生Ⅰ期压疮2例,对照组发生Ⅰ期压疮9例,Ⅱ期压疮3例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对髋部骨折患者实施翻身顺应性指导,不但提高了患者在护理人员协助其翻身时的配合能力,而且有效地减轻了疼痛,降低了压疮的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of force compliance for hip fracture patients to turn over so as to reduce the pain and the incidence of pressure ulcer.Methods 62 hip fracture patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 30 in experimental group and 32 in control group.Patients in experimental group were instructed,based on body mechanics principle,to use force compliance to turn over the same direction that nurses help with supporting force;while patients in control group were helped to turn over with conventional method.Results Pain in the first and third day after check-in and the first and third day after operation were compared.Patients in experimental group suffered less pain than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).And there was only 2 cases of stage Ⅰ pressure ulcers in experimental group while 9 stage Ⅰ pressure ulcers and 3 stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of force compliance in turning over can reduce patient’s pain;furthermore,it also helps reduce incidence of pressure ulcers and increase the degree of comfort of patient.更多还原
