【摘要】 2010年全国启动了"优质护理服务示范工程"活动,通过对全体护生进行思想动员,根本转变观念;加强护生法制观念,增强自我保护意识,保证了护理工作安全;强化护理礼仪,塑造良好形象,提高了护生的整体素质和文化修养;加强护生人文素质的培养,更深入地为患者提供了人性化护理服务;老师带领护生开展床边工作制,指导护生积极参与管床,实行责任包干制度,强化了护生的创优意识,推进了优质护理服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 A nationwide demonstration project of quality nursing was launched in 2010,consequently,corresponding measures were taken for the cultivation of nursing students.Nursing students were required to shift notions and strengthen legal sense so as to guarantee nursing safety,meanwhile,good images of nursing students might benefit the improvement of comprehensive quality and the cultivation of humanity quality could enhance nursing students to offer people-oriented service.Nursing students were under the guidance of clinic teachers to participate in nursing campaigns around sickbeds.All these measures were beneficial for the intensifying and developing consciousness of quality nursing among students.更多还原
