【摘要】 大型水利水电工程建设过程中,由于水库淹没和枢纽工程建设影响到了大量农村集体土地。我国的土地法和国务院令第471号等法律法规都对集体土地的补偿做出了相应规定,集体土地合理合法的补偿对确保移民搬迁后相对原有生活水平不降低和维护移民群众的利益有着重要意义。对现有水利水电工程建设征地政策和集体土地补偿政策进行了分析,并对今后水利水电工程建设征地和集体土地补偿发展方向及补偿资金实际分配的操作提出了建议。更多还原
