高剪切复杂流动中的液滴分散浅析

【摘要】 研究高剪切复杂流动中的液滴分散过程及其应用于高压均质机的均质阀设计,考察均质效果。先从物理方程上分析,然后通过建模来验证理论分析的结果。采用UG建模,导入fluent软件进行模拟,改变流道数目、操作压力,以及进口速度,通过流场的流线分析,考察工艺条件的改变对最终均质效果的影响,为新型高压均质机的均质阀设计提供依据。

【Abstract】 By means of which design of high-pressure homogenous valve,research the process of droplet dispersion during complex high shear flow and observe the homogenizing effects.First,analyse from physical equations,and then verify the theoretical analysis through the modeling results.Use UG modeling and simulation on fluent software,through changing the conditions including the number of flow channels,operating pressure,inlet velocity,then analyse the flow field and examine all the changes on final effect,provide a design basis for new valve of high-pressure homogeniser
