基于PCR技术快速检测食品微生物的原理 方法与应用
Rapid Detection of Food-borne Microbes by PCR-based Technology:Principal,Methodology and Application
【摘要】 传统的食品微生物检测方法费时、操作复杂,因此,针对食品中的致病和致腐微生物的快速检测方法已成为国内外学者的研究热点。PCR(聚合酶链反应)方法应用于微生物检验,具有快速、特异性强、灵敏度高等突出优点,因此越来越得到学术界的重视。详细阐述了基于PCR技术进行食品微生物快速检测的原理、方法及应用。
【Abstract】 The routine detection methods for food microbes are usually laborious and time consuming,and therefore there are growing needs for the rapid detection methods.PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) technology has been applied for the rapid detection of many food and clinical microbes,for the reason that the PCR-based detection methods are rapid,specific and sensitive.This paper summarizes the rapid food microbial detection methods based on the PCR technology,focusing on the principal,methodology and the applications.
