【Abstract】 The routine detection methods for food microbes are usually laborious and time consuming,and therefore there are growing needs for the rapid detection methods.PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) technology has been applied for the rapid detection of many food and clinical microbes,for the reason that the PCR-based detection methods are rapid,specific and sensitive.This paper summarizes the rapid food microbial detection methods based on the PCR technology,focusing on the principal,methodology and the applications.更多还原
