Cu离子掺杂Ni-Zn铁氧体的结构和介电性能
Structure and Dielectric Properties of Cu Ion-substituted Ni-Zn Ferrites
【摘要】 用传统的陶瓷制备工艺制备了Ni0.5-xCuxZn0.5Fe2O4铁氧体,其中x=0.12,0.16,0.20,0.24,0.28。对不同Cu掺杂量的Ni-Zn铁氧体样品的结构、微结构和介电性能进行了研究。结果表明:所有的样品均生成了立方尖晶石结构,x=0.24,0.28时,出现了杂相CuO和CuFe2O4;介电常数随频率变化的曲线显示了尖晶石结构铁氧体的正常的介电行为,不同频率下介电常数均随Cu含量的增加,先减小后增大,在x=0.20时达到最小值;但介电损耗角正切曲线随频率变化出现异常行为,所有的样品都出现了多个峰值。
【Abstract】 Ni0.5-xCuxZn0.5Fe2O4 ferrites(x=0.12,0.16,0.20,0.24,0.28) were prepared by the conventional ceramic method.The effect of compositional variation on the structure,microstructure,dielectric properties of the Cu substituted Ni-Zn ferrites was investigated.X-ray diffraction measurements confirmed that the formation of single-phase cubic spinel structure was formed.Dielectric properties such as dielectric constant(ε) and dielectric loss tangent(tanδ) of mixed Ni-Zn-Cu ferrites have been measured at room temperature in the frequency range of 20 Hz-1MHz.Plots of dielectric constant(ε) versus frequency showed a normal dielectric behaviour of spinel ferrites.The frequency dependence of dielectric loss tangent(tanδ) was found to be abnormal,giving a peak at certain frequency for all mixed Ni-Zn ferrites.
