【摘要】 和平解放后的西藏,社会经济发展取得了很大的成就。这些成就的取得,离不开党的三代领导集体的正确的治藏方略和思想指导以及民族区域自治理论和可持续发展的实施,在此基础上,西藏走出了一条符合实际,具有区域特色的生产发展、生活改善、生态良好、资源节约、全面协调的可持续发展道路。其特征为:第一,具有中国特色社会主义的发展道路特征;第二,从慎重稳进、基本稳定到长治久安稳定发展的道路特征;第三,中央关心、全国支援实现跨越式发展的共享型经济发展特征;第四,以农民、民生、民族经济的"三民"为重点的协调发展道路特征;第五,以生态建设为重点的可持续发展的发展道路特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 After peaceful liberation,great achievement in social economic development has been got in Tibet.Without the CPC’s three leader generations’ right general plans and guidelines to govern Tibet, the theory of regional national autonomy and the implementation of the sustainable development,these achievements cannot be made.On the basis of these achievements,Tibet creates a practical sustainable de- veloping road,which is of regional traits with developed production,improved life,a sound ecology,conserving resources and overall coordination.Following is its essential features:first,it has a path characteristics of socialism development path with Chinese unique feature;second,it has a path characteristics of prudent entering,basic stabilizing to the long - term stability and security;third,it has a path characteristics of the central government care,the national support to realize the striding development with sharing economic development;forth,it has a path characteristics of taking farmers,the people’ s livelihood and national economy,"three people",as key to coordinated development;fifth,it has a path characteristics of taking ecological construction as key to sustainable development.更多还原
