【摘要】 目的:探讨门脉高压巨脾切除术的相关并发症。方法:对100例巨脾切除术后患者的术中出血量、术后引流管变清时间、术后腹水情况、术后发热情况、术后门静脉血栓发生情况、术后引流液AMS值、术后住院天数等进行归纳分析.结果:门脉高压性巨脾行脾切除术存在较多术中及术后并发症,和巨脾解剖特点及术前肝功能分级、手术方式有关.结论:行巨脾切除术要熟悉巨脾解剖特点,改进手术方式.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To approach the correlated complications about Megalosplenia Lienectomy in PHT.Methods: To analyse the amount of bleeding in operations,ascetic condition after operations,the time of the drain changing clear after operations,the condition of fervescence after operations,the incidence of portal Thrombus after operations and the hospital days after operations.Results: There exist many complications in Megalosplenia Lienectomy which relate the feature of anatomy about Megalosplenia 、hepatic functional classification and operation.Conclusions: To be familiar with the feature of anatomy about Megalosplenia and to improve the mode about operation.更多还原
