【摘要】 目的:探讨超声引导下肾活检在肾病诊断治疗预后的诊断价值;方法:应用自动活检枪及18G枪用活检针在彩超引导下对67例肾脏疾病患者进行经皮肾穿刺活检;结果:共穿刺次数195次,取出满意标本186条,所取材每条病检肾小球4～27个,平均15个,成功率95%;结论:超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检是一种更准确、安全、并发症少而有效的方法,可获得最终的病理诊断,为进一步治疗提供科学的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound-guided renal biopsy in renal disease diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Methods:The ultrasound-guided needle biopsy of 67 patients with automatic biopsy gun and 18G biopsy needle.Results: In a total of 195 needle biopsies;186 satisfaction of 4-27 glomerulus in each specimen,An average of 15 success rate 95%.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy is a more accurate,safe and effective method with few complications.The final pathological diagnosis can be established.To provide a scientific basis for further clinical treatment.更多还原
