厚朴酚对人小细胞肺癌H446细胞增殖的影响
Effects of magnolol on the proliferation of human small cell lung cancer cells H446
【摘要】 目的:研究厚朴酚对H446细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:MTT法测定厚朴酚对H446细胞的细胞毒作用。结果:厚朴酚可明显抑制H446细胞增殖,作用呈明显的时间和剂量依赖性。结论:厚朴酚可抑制H446细胞增殖。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the effects of magnolol on the proliferation of human small cell lung cancer cells H446.Methods:Cell viability was detected by MTT assay.Results :Magnolol inhibited H446 cells proliferaion in a concentration-and time-dependent manner.Conclusion:Magnolol inhibited the proliferation of H446 cells.
