天麻素注射液对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经干动作电位的影响
Effects of Gastrodin Injection on the Action Potential of Isolated Sciatic Nerve in Toad
【摘要】 目的:应用电生理方法观察天麻素注射液对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经干动作电位的影响,初步探讨天麻素发挥镇痛作用的机制,为临床用药提供电生理学依据。方法:制备蟾蜍离体坐骨神经干,分为天麻素注射液浓度组(25%,50%,100%)、普鲁卡因注射液组以及天麻素注射液组,用BL-420生物机能实验系统引导神经干动作电位,测定神经干动作电位的幅度、持续时间和传导速度。结果:①处理同一时间后与对照组比较,不同浓度(25%、50%、100%)天麻素液均可增加AP幅度,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在同一浓度下,随着处理时间的延长,动作电位的幅度不断增大,两者间呈明显的正相关关系;②天麻素注射液依次处理10、20、30mins后,AP的幅度、神经干的传导速度均高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而动作电位的持续时间与对照组比较差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天麻素对坐骨神经干具有保护及兴奋作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: With electrophysiological methods,investigating the effect of gastrodin injection on the action potential of the isolated sciatic nerve in tode.Method: Isolated sciatic nerve trunk from tode prepared and divided into groups: Ringer’s solution group,concentration of gastrodin injection group(sub-groups at concentration of 25%,50%,and 100%),gastrodin injection group,measure the amplitud,duration and conduction velocity of nerve trunk by using BL-420 system.Results:(1) :Compared with the normal Ringer’s solution group,the amplitud of action potential were increased in the different concentraon of gastrodin injection.(2) The amplitud and conduction velocity of action potential in nerve trunk increase by gastrodin injection soaked for 10,20,30mins.Duration of action potential have no effection.Conclusion: gastrodin injection increase the excitability of f isolated sciatic nerve and pretect the nerve in vivo.
