电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定不同产地怀牛膝中几种元素含量

【摘要】 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定了在武陟、郑州和北京三地,相同土壤,相同管理规程下种植的怀牛膝药材中Zn、Cu、Fe和Mg等4种元素含量。结果表明武陟和北京两地种植怀牛膝药材中Zn和Cu两元素含量差异显著,武陟种植怀牛膝中Zn元素含量最小为22.35 mg/kg,而Cu元素含量最大,为12.4 mg/kg。Fe和Mg两元素含量在三地种植药材中无显著差异;各元素精密度为2%左右,加标回收率在92%~109%之间。

【Abstract】 The ICP-OES method was applied to determine the concentration of Zn,Cu,Fe and Mg elements in root of Achyranthes bidentata B1.planted in Wuzhi,Beijing and Zhengzhou three locations.The results showed that the concentration of Zn and Cu were significantly different between Wuzhi and Beijing,and the Zn concentration in Wuzhi was only 22.35 mg·kg-1,while the Cu concentration was 12.44 mg·kg-1.The concentration of Fe and Mg in roots of Achyranthes bidentata B1.were no difference among the three locations.And the result of precision and recovery were 2% and 92%-109%,respectively.
