煤矿通风瓦斯甲烷热氧化装置实验研究
Experimental study of coal mine ventilation air methane oxidization
【摘要】 通过热力计算设计搭建了最大处理量为1 000 m3/h的煤矿通风瓦斯热氧化装置,实现了装置的快速启动及长期自维持稳定运行。研究了处理量400~800 m3/h、甲烷浓度0.4%~0.8%、切换时间10~50 s时装置的运行情况,得到了装置的运行特点以及各运行参数对其的影响规律。实验结果表明,较高的风量、较高的甲烷浓度、较长的切换时间都会导致装置高温区变长。
【Abstract】 Based on the calculation results,the laboratory device for ventilation air methane(VAM) oxidation with a capacity of 1 000 m3/h was built up.The fast start-up and steady self-maintenance running of the device was realized.The running cases were studied with the variation of flux from 400 m3/h to 800 m3/h,CH4 concentration from 0.4% to 0.8%,the switching time from 10 s to 50 s.The influence of above parameters was obtained.The results show that the larger flux,higher CH4 concentration and longer switching time all can result in the longer high-temperature-region of the device.
