超千米深井大巷多维联合支护技术

【摘要】 针对千米深井地压大、支护难以单一利用锚网支护解决这一难题,在详细分析邢东矿千米深井支护现存问题的基础上,对如何充分发挥锚网支护、环形支架和水泥注浆等支护技术优点和提高支护效果进行了研究,提出了多维联合支护技术,采用锚网梁支护配合U型钢环形支架、喷浆和巷道壁后注浆,使巷道支护体可以形成一个多层有效组合拱,达到提高围岩强度、改善锚网梁支护的综合效果。围岩平均变形速度由之前的2.9 mm/d降低到0.6 mm/d,大幅减少了巷道维修量,支护效果良好。

【Abstract】 According to the unitary bolt and steel mesh support system hard to solve the high ground pressure support problems in a mine shaft with a depth over 1000 m,based on the detail analysis on the present support problems existed in the mine shaft with a depth over 1000 m in Xingdong Mine,the paper had a study on how to fully play the bolt and steel mesh support,the loop support,the cement grouting and other advantages and how to improve the support effect.The paper provide the multi dimension combined support technology and the bolt and steel mesh support system applied to the U type steel loop support,shotcreting and gateway back grouting could make the gateway support system to form a multi layer effective combined arch in order to improve the surrounding rock strength and to improve the comprehensive effect of the bolt/steel mesh and beam support system.The average deformation speed of the surrounding rock was reduced from the previous 2.9 mm/d to 0.6 mm/d.thus the gateway maintenance and repair work could be highly reduced and the support results were excellent.
